Michael Cingari

Learning & Development Leader | Instructional Design

I design learning experiences that close performance gaps — from eLearning modules and instructor-led training to job aids and blended learning programs. Explore a selection of my recent work below.

A quick introduction

I'm an Instructional Designer with a technical background — a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.A. in Education — and hands-on experience in curriculum development, needs assessment, and training design for multi-site programs serving 2,000+ learners.

I'm skilled in ADDIE, adult learning theory, and eLearning authoring tools, with a data-driven approach to improving learning outcomes. I'm currently seeking a remote Instructional Design role where I can apply this blend of technical and instructional expertise.
